Tim has been involved in real estate and home construction for over 30 years. Starting out as a purchasing manager for a large home builder, he's learned how to build a house from the foundation up with care. Seven years ago he turned his passion into a business that focuses on building unique homes to the satisfaction of his clients.

Amanda Labella, Designer and Business Manager

A partner in life and work, Amanda works alongside Tim to contribute to the aesthetics of the home and manage the business behind the scenes. She is all about the details and loves adding in those special touches that make a house a home.

We also offer your choice of granite, quartz, or quartzite countertops throughout the home. Make yourself comfortable with outdoor living on our large porches and patio spaces. We will build on your own property, or you may choose country living on two or more acres with our scenic property in Maury County.
